Our
Vision
Haven of Hope Ministries was
founded in November 2008 as a non-profit para-church
organization. We are governed by an executive
board who makes the business and operational decisions, as
well as an advisory board that advises the executive board and
staff concerning methods and procedures of ministry.
Our purpose includes, but is not limited to:
1) Encouragement to pastors and
families
2) Counseling
3) Prayer
4) Mentoring of young people called to ministry
5) Preaching
6) Teaching
7) Spiritual Training
8) Evangelism
9) Temporary Housing*
For the restoration of pastors and their
families who have been emotionally damaged we offer
professional counseling, as well as support them in the ministry they are a part of
with prayer and encouragement.
To help prepare young people
spiritually and biblically for future ministry of their
calling, we have mentors and teachers to train and instruct
them in Biblical values and guide them in spiritual maturity
so they will be better equipped to meet the needs of their
perspective community.
*Our goal for the the future is
to secure a facility to offer temporary housing (3 to 6
months) to help bridge the gap between assignments or
transition.
For all those we minister to, it is
our desire to empower them to return to their perspective
communities with a greater ability to make a positive impact
upon those communities.
