Greetings
from Golden Colorado,
I do believe summer has finally arrived. We had snow clear
up through May. It is one of the greenest springs I have
seen in quite a while.

Genesis 8:22 says, “As long as the earth endures,
seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and
winter, day and night will never cease.” |
The seasons remind us of the faithfulness of God. Things are
as He has promised. While things in this world are always
changing and uncertain, we can put our trust in the One who
never changes, and who is the same yesterday, today and
forever more, Jesus Christ!
A couple of weeks ago I met with a Pastor for the first
time. They were so grateful to have someone to be a pastor
to them. As I listened to their story I was reminded by the
Lord of how important this ministry is as these pastors are
often out on the spiritual battlefield leading and investing
in others for the sake of the Gospel and people’s souls, but
they themselves are struggling with the challenges and
difficulties as well.
One thing I am more conscious of all the tie in our busy
world is that it does not take that much to be an encourager
to others. A phone call, note, email, text, or a kind word
of hope and encouragement can make a huge difference.
One of the common cords that I hear from Pastors is that
they do not get a lot of support from the places you might
expect it. This is not to be negative towards anyone, but it
reinforces that the need is great, and this ministry is
helping to meet that need.
The same is true for those I am mentoring. It is a joy to
see these younger leaders wanting to learn and grow in their
faith in God as well as in other areas of their life.
Thank you for your support of this ministry in both your
prayers and in your giving. I would challenge you to empower
this ministry as well by encouraging someone in ministry as
often as you can. There are those in your life that you can
impact as well.
May God Bless You Richly,
Pastor Rick Messer / Pastor of a church without walls.
