Greetings
in the Lord,
Spring is upon us and I say Amen! I am ready!
I am reminded in the spring time of God's resurrection
power. When what seems to be dead in nature comes to life
with a new vibrant beauty that lifts one's spirit. As I meet
with different pastors I am reminded of the significance of
Haven of Hope Ministries as I see those who proclaim the
hope of Jesus Christ in need of Christ hope for themselves.
To see the resurrection power of God impacting their lives
and lifting their spirits.
This year I have already had the opportunity to come along
side some of these men of God who are facing difficult times
and are in need of a pastor themselves. It is my honor to be
that person in their lives that can come along side of them
with an understanding of the journey they are on and with an
empathetic presence with them to encourage, pray, counsel
and just listen. I am
also still pouring what God has and is pouring into my life
into these young men who I am mentoring. It is encouraging
and hopeful as I see these young people who want to be all
that God has called them to be. Who have a love for God and
the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
There is also opportunity to be a pastor to those who have
no pastor and to continue to be there for those whom I have
served and built relationships with over the years.
Thank you to all of you who are
supporting us in prayer and financially in order that this
ministry may continue and grow.
The Lord Jesus Christ is our Haven of Hope! My prayer for
you and those that this ministry touches is that:

"May the God of HOPE fill you with all joy and peace
as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with
HOPE by the power of the Holy Spirit" (Romans 15:13) |
Thank you for your prayer support as we move forward...
Prayer concerns:
1) Pastor and his wife who lost her dad.
2) Pastor Lafe who is dealing with cancer and surgery.
3)
For a possible opportunity to mentor a group of college
students.
4) For my trips to Burlington each month as I
go to preach God's Word.
5) For the letters sent out to
raise both prayer support and financial support.
